In Silico Software and Resources

CAESAR

CAESAR is an EC funded project specifically dedicated to develop QSAR models (link a pagina Caesar) for the REACH legislation (link a pagina reach). Models for five endpoints have been developed:

Bioconcentration Factor
Skin Sensitization
Carcinogenicity
Mutagenicity
Developmental Reprotoxicity

CAESAR's models are freely available (http://www.caesar-project.eu/).

In addition to the QSAR models, CAESAR developed tools to guide the user on the correct use of the results for the chemical of interest, addressing the applicability domain (link a dove si parla di AD).
